While we make every effort to ensure that your order is processed and sent as soon as possible, orders after midday on Saturday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. We ask that you allow the specified number of working days for your order to arrive. Contact us if your order is outside of its estimated delivery time. The next day delivery option only applies to orders that were placed before midday, any items ordered after that time will be sent the next working day. All time frames shown below are working days. If you need an order sooner or for a certain date, just let us know. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days. In holiday season, November 1st - December 22nd, it may take up to 5 working days.
We're always working on improving our environmental impact following the principles 'reduce, re-use, recycle'. Almost all of our postage and packaging materials are, and can be, recycled. We carefully consider all of our packaging to ensure that it's the best for our products while minimising its impact upon the environment. We know we're not perfect but the more we do, the better we get.
All of our shipping is calculated on order weight. This is done automatically in the shopping cart, but the table below can be used for reference.
